Yeah that’s what I mean, I run the pump on it’s own and I tried the prime cycle but nothing happened other than when I checked the fault codes I’d got over heat sensor spear
I’d cleared all faults prior to testing the fuel pumpMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)

Arhh I see.
If the wire from fbh to pump is good then it sounds like a PCB fault on the fbh. 🤤

When you ran the FBH test did it make a clicking noise?
If it didn’t I would suspect the pump.
A good multimeter can display the PWM output of the FBH.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Robbie I run a test and the fuel pump didn’t click (it’s a new pump) I’ve checked the wire for continuity from the fbh plug to the pump and it’s ok
I’ve put 12v from batt positive to the white and blue wire at the fbh end tapping it to represent a pulse and it’s working the fuel pump
I’ve primed the pump with the software and it doesn’t work the pump
I’m starting to convince myself the pcb is knackeredMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)

Ahh, sorry - missed that bit. New pump, wiring checked and still not running does indeed suggest a bad FBH PCB.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

I hope you have better luck than me! My fbh wouldn’t work would nearly fire up then stop! Investigations found no fuel getting through! That was last winter now 12 months on car develops a fuel leak at the top of the tank spotted by local indie so new pipes and fbh pump fitted leak cured but fbh still won’t fire up!next step was to swap fbh with one supposedly working brought of eBay! And still won’t work lots of smoke then I get fault e8 b1-d30! Not sure what to do next!D3 x2 now gone

Errrr. The power connector looks like it's broken on your new one. I can see the PCB through the hole. 😠

The pins are there, think the monkeys that was tasked to remove it didn’t have enough brain cells to realise the plug has a catch to hold it in Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)

Your have to pull it apart and swap the covers or condensation will get into the PCB.
(Or swap the PCB for your one and stick your faulty pcb in the broken fbh they had the cheek to send and return it )
