Hi All,
Just became the proud owner of a 2005 Discovery 3 and am looking forward to discretely adding items to it when money and time permits
First question for you all is, what is the best way of beefing up the horn as the good wife said it sounded a bit poofy (I know it's not PC)
So suggestions and pointers most welcome but be gentle

sometimes they have 1 horn behind the grill. and 1 by the coolant bottle hidden deep
sometimes 2 horns behind the grill.
No tools required to remove the grill (I think)
Find out which one isn't working.
Disconnect 1 at a time I guess.
If you find one that doesn't work, remove it from the car and hit it hard with a hammer. (knock the out of it). This may fix it in the short term

Well finally got a dry day and started to take the front grill etc apart
With much fun and stuffing my hands into small places I've found out that my High horn is not working.
So do I replace them with the air horn or do I try and source another high horn ? Will any aftermarket horn do or does it need to be one with the brown connector on it ?
In the process of fault finding is there an easy way to taking the headlight unit's of as tried to get the right one off but it was a got one clip off but couldnt shift the other one at all ?
Cheers

I gently levered the headlamp clips up with a screwdriver blade.

Attack a two inch G clamp to the top of the pull tab to give you something extra to get hold of, this will allow the extra purchase you need to pull the tab up. They can be very stiff but will let go. Mods:
Front Fogs + Halos
FBH Remote Control
The 1st Ever RRS Modded Grill
Garmin Nuvi + D4 Surround + Reversing Camera.
D4 Steering Wheel.
Rear Boot Spoiler.
Twin Brake Lights.
Wing Mirror Indicator Repeaters.

I have a ty-wrap that lives on top of headlamp for pulling the tabs.
