D3 suspension query
Hi all
Viewed a 2005 D3 on sale at a local garage (124k miles, fsh, manual, 7 seat, cloth interior - £6500)
Looked pretty tidy with a few age related marks but nothing untoward. The salesman informed me that it's had the air suspension removed and put on coil springs- anyone done it on here and can offer advice? It did put me off a bit but having a Range Rover that funnily enough flagged up air suspension inactive yesterday did think it's a far less troublesome system having the old fashioned springs.
I don't off road but use the current Range Rover for harrowing the horses fields and towing occasionally.
Is it a concern not having air suspension ?

You'll lose the magic carpet ride, but, on a plus, if it's done well you'll never have any future compressor problems.
