VIBRATION TOOL WORKS!!
Having removed a few of these myself, I understand the mechanics of how to remove them without snapping them off in the head, i used a low powered vibration tool, it's air operated and has a few different power settings, you need to be very patient in/out in/out all the time, but eventually if you are prepared to take as long as it takes it is possible to remove without damage!
