if i go through water i've always got out and tested the depth , learnt my lesson over 20 x years ago in a series , i hydrolocked the engine

is suprising when u watch some of these videos of people sticking there foot down and going for it , even when there's a flood there is so much danger , i.e. manhole covers lifting etc

so up the bottom of the sills is the deepest i would ever go

Indeed it does but it's the Tana River, bit S of Karigasniemi in Finland. Will be there next summer with the D4 for same pic. One of my fave RT roads.
