| Rumble just above idle speed on cold start |

I have noticed just recently, that there is a slight rumble/vibration when the engine revs are lifted slightly off idle (roughly 1,100 rpm), on cold starts only. It is noticeable to the point I can see the passenger arm rest vibrating!
This happens when the car is in neutral, so I'm guessing (and hoping) this rules out the drive train. I do have the air con engaged all year round, and while I write this I'm thinking I should have switched it off to see if that stopped it before posting. I'm not really sure where to even start looking. I know bad air suspension compressors can be loud and/or possibly vibrate, but mine was replaced under warranty only 3 months ago.
Has anybody experienced anything similar to this?
