On M1 Sunday low coolant alarm comes up and goes off after about 20 seconds. Kept a close eye on temp, was fine for rest of journey.
Later that day back on the M1 same thing happens, again fine for rest of journey.
On return home, let the car cool and went to investigate. Had to add about 500ml of coolant mix to bring up to half way between the min and max cold level indicator on the expansion bottle.
No visible signs of leakage anywhere. It's in for a service today anyway so will ask them to investigate. Have only done about 50 miles since Sunday and level looks OK this morning.
Not normal on a 2 year old car I presume? Bracing myself for a "no fault found Sir" from the dealer.
