D4 BY2012 SDV6 - poor acceleration / performance lack

Hi there - i'm from Austria and owning a D4 SDV6 BY2012, which I bought in Mai second hand.
I'm very happy with the car - except:

poor accelleration from stand - specially when cold
it takes some seconds until the engine begins to rev. up - no matter how mutch throttle

performance lack around 2.500 rpm (below and above is perfect)
accellerates up to around 2.500 fine, then it seems to "hang" around this value and
then proceedes to rev up again.
is this the point where the turbos switch over - is there a context ?

Are these known issues - is there any suggestion, how to get rid of it ??

Thanks for the help
greetings from Tyrol

There can be a lag before things happen from stationary. Something you can learn to live with, they do all seem to do that, but if it's very noticeable or annoying to you, then do a search on here for more information. Not so much with roll on acceleration. You can tell when the second turbo take effect, but things should be pretty smooth really.

Have you had the throttle sensor checked, there was a TSB on hesitation accelerating at low speed

no - I didn't .
Will check if this could be the source of the problem.
It's just strange, that when driving, response is fine .....

It is true, it is noted and is the transitory of the passage between the two turbines (from the small one to the bigger)
