And don't mention the tin top on his previous 3 series's.....Farewell and adieu to you, Spanish Ladies

Upon reflection, lots of bits fell off my Peugeot ( including the sun roof) but it never stopped moving under its own steam...Farewell and adieu to you, Spanish Ladies

Volvo must be doing something good, they are what would consider a more prestige brand for which I think the customer base it more likely to raise issues. Thats probably a factor for LR, Audi etc too.
Take me, I've made a list yesterday of items for attention for the 2nd service there are 17 things I want them to look at. Some are really little but I still want it sorting, if it was a Skoda would I really be raising the fact the 2nd row middle seatbelt squeaks when being pulled out?MY06 S - Gone but not forgotten

Well if people are saying as an example, people who drive Skodas are less likely to complain Vs Audi, it really makes the whole survey meaningless. The Skoda and Audi are basically the same car, with some plusher bits stuck on.
Im not sure just because someone drove a skoda for example, they are less likely to moan than an Audi driver. Maybe they are, i don't know.
If someone spent a lot of their money buying a new car, its still a lot of their money whether its 20K on a Skoda or 40K on an Audi. Its probably all relative to their budget!

I've just taken one of our Lexus for its second service and the other goes for its first service on the 1st of September.
Neither of them have any squeaks, rattles or anything. If it did I'd be complaining. I can't find one thing for them to fix, Never mind 17

For what it's worth I had endless problems with my D3 from new. New front diff, seats locked down, warning lights. Roasting brakes. You get the picture. Once out of warranty I used a few independents and latterly Mike in Dundee. Since getting out of the clutches of the stealers I have little to complain about. Mike now advises what needs to be done at the next service so I know the maintenance is being done properly which must lead to less hassle Day to day. Lessons to be learned here methinks.Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.
