Wheel nuts changed to solid ones today........some of the old ones were right tw@ts to remove. The quick job for the garage turned out to be 30 mins of cursing and swearing!!! Laughing

So at least if I get a puncture the wheels will come off much easier now..... Wink

One job down.... T minus 12 days now! 8)

Well I mucked it out and made up a bulb kit of sorts, checked the tyre pressures and all fluid levels.

Enjoy!

And you can always call in at 24hr ASDA for the stuff you remember after you set off.

Couple of microfibre cloths and windscreen cleaner in drivers door will prove useful if my trip last year is anything to go by.

And if it's hot, keep checking bonnet lettering... By time I got to Italy I was driving a L NDR ER ☹

We made it back home.........Ruby never missed a beat! 8)

Took her down on the beach as well and now that I have a little more experience of sand driving we never got stuck once...... Laughing

Never saw another D3 the entire trip until we re-boarded the ferry in Guernsey on the way home.

She needs a good clean and vacuum out, sand in every crevice. Shocked
