Air Con Sorted thanks Steve Norman |
|
I have had an issue with my air con since May I dropped the car off at local Kwik Fit for a re-gas ,when I collected it all was good icy cold job done .It started getting warmer over the next few weeks until it finally gave up ,to be fair Kwik Fit were brilliant and said please bring it back we will re-gas FOC ,a few weeks later no air con again as before the manager at Kwik Fit asked me bring it back we will do a leak test and re-gas FOC ,at the third attempt he's air con guy said you do have a leak and I cant find it ,he explained that it could be under the dash and would not be happy strip the dash out ,I tried to explain that it was normally the rear air con system or condenser at the front all to no avail . I was not sure if Steve Norman did A/C or not so I spoke to Steve over the weekend he said drop it off but was due to go away on holiday and he might struggle to fit it in and he would have a look ASAP at 10.30 am Steve rings its the condenser ,please do it Steve I said 3.30pm Steve rings again all done

Lesson learned....
Always call Steve!!
Had a few encounters with him, and he is "the top".
Very pleased with his work.
Planning on a revisit soon..
