Non riesco a togliere lo stereo (RRS my 2006)

Ho seguito i video su youtube ma non esce. Sembra bloccato nella parte inferiore dove stanno i comandi clima che tra l'altro non capisco come si tolgono.....ho un cd incastrato dentro e volevo smontarlo
