Intermittent Starting Fault
Thought I would seek some info from the knowledgeable ?
I have an intermittent starting fault where upon you can crank the D4 over and it does not fire until you crank it over with your left foot on the brake and at the same time give the throttle a blip then bingo it fires and runs as normal !
It does not happen all the time only a few times a week .
I have read the codes and this is what the engine faults are showing:-
Any ideas I have tried to Google the internal control module but all I can find is it may be an ECU or wiring issue.
Any ideas or has any one else come accross the same ?
As always any help would be greatfully received?

Well just in case this fault happens to some one else I'll tell. Of the finding that were found by StoneLake who had the car for a week. ( cos sods law it never failed when it was there )
They replaced the O2 sensor and all was fine for a couple of days and then it happened again on the day I was about to collect !
No fault codes were present which was strange but then eventually it started !
Tried again but on an hourly basis until it did it again, cranking but not firing but then showed an in tank fuel pump code fault (can't remember the code !)
The pump was replaced and up to now it's ok !!
Just can't understand all the times it didn't start why there was no fuel pump fault code stored.
Anyway so far so good and just glad to have it back to normal MY18 D5 HSE LUX😎
