What else to replace while replacing the clutch?
Hi everyone
Wanted some tips on what else should be replaced while getting the clutch replaced?
The car clutch was slipping hence the xyz sensor light was on, and then it just gave up on the m4 after a bad burning smell.
Any ideas what else is good to replace while getting the clutch done
Thanks

do the rear brake lines as they corrode do the nuts on the turbo with nut and bolts makes it easier to replace no body off. clean and paint the chassis and anything you see that can be done and good luck

you may consider that a heavy duty clutch is worthwhile.

Don't forget the flywheel pivot bush and lubrication, only a few pounds and often not changed and results in another strip down to cure the squawk of a dry bearing. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Thanks all for the responses, unfortunately, i dont have the knowledge to do it myself, so will have to give to a garage, so im looking at replacing the dual mass fly wheel, release bearing and slave cylinder and the clutch?
does anyone know how much it will cost roughly and whether they know any good, decent priced garages?
