Hi, new to here too.. Ive done exactly the same as above to the same spec car. When my headlights are off and I flash, the mechanism moved but the bulb doesnt fire up, but works fine with headlights on. Is there a fix to this?
Also the DRL doesn't work, what did your autolecy do to fix this, was it additional wiring? Don't know any D4 owners so any help/advice is much appreciated thank you.

I've got it sorted!! Autolecky got it sorted took about 30 mins an they are running as soon as you start the car no codes
Do you know what he did? Was it extra wiring?
Also when your headlights are off and you flash do the bulbs light up? Or Did you have to move some wires?

Just adding the DRL's were wired to the live of the ecu so when fired up they went on an when the car shut down the DRL would take about 20 secs to shut down when the ecu does like a headlamp delay

Nice thank you, I presume they are running a 12v feed so I can use a relay instead of messing witg the ECU.
Did you have the flash issue when headlights are off? Can you see the wiring he has added when you remove the headlight? Any chance of a photo?
