Compressor Exhaust Valve
Suspect faulty/clogged compressor exhaust valve on my 05 discovery,Can you remove the valve without dropping the compressor? Cheers

Got to be worth a try take a look at the video will give you some idea, better than trying to remove the bolts.

The lower 8mm pipe air inlet valve and the upper exhaust 10mm will be probably be siezed in and will need to be cut if you do need to remove compressor not to mention the single upper bolt being a pain to get at
so nothing to lose trying first.

Yes I saw that video ,By looking at the compressor is the exhaust valve that he takes out on the side facing away from you ? Might be a tight squeeze but doable.Cheers disgoeshere

Yes it is facing the bracket when fixed to the car,at the end of the 8mm lower air intake valve
