Front end knock - what to replace?

Hi guys,

When I bought my d3 (09 v8) I was advised that the front bushes were just starting to make a little noise. I've driven it maybe 3000km since collection and there is a knock as the front end goes over low speed bumps (speed bumps etc) whereas the back end is completely quiet.

What is the likely culprit and how can I check?

If changing wishbones, what else should I check/change whilst in there?

I'm flying to the uk Sunday for 3 days so would ideally like to bring back everything I need. Any recommendations for suppliers?

I think the general advice is to replace
The lower suspension arms, tie rods and anti roll bushes.

drove the car today to determine the issue. i'm not getting any feedback through the wheel when it knocks and it seems to be only on bumps such as speedbumps, kerbs etc. surely anything on the balljoint or steering would be felt through the wheel, so I can only assume arb bushings. does this sound right?

ARB bushes or links.

Normally get a clunk when braking if it is the lower arm bushes.
