It makes a significant difference with a remap.
More driveable overall, a much better place to be. I've not had an unhappy customer yet. Bodsys Brake Bible

Disco_mikey has got a very good offer on at the moment, not three far from you transforms a D3 into a D4 performance. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Disco Mikey, sounds like a plan.
Do you have contact details for him.
Also, is it worth telling insurance company about the remap
Thanks

telling insurance is a must. Some charge a bit extra, some dont, but if you dont inform them your insurence could/will be invalid - do you want to take the risk

A remap is well worth it. I also have a BAS remap and it transformed the car totally, had it on the car for 40k miles now (car is at 180k) and it still going great
It's well worth it
As a side note yes we are supposed to tell insurers but I've remapped a few cars over the years and (when I still lived in the U.K.) I never told them.
Bas Remap, EGR's Blanked, Emulators, Alisport Decat pipe, BAS FBHIC with add on GSM module (roundabout way for timed climate).
