Hub bearing - New vs. Old part number

Anyone know if the new part with the lower torque setting is preferable over the old part if there's only £30 price difference?
 VR6 > 330D Touring > D3 HSE > !?XC90?!

So then, only the torque setting was revised, not the part and therefore it doesn't matter what part number you can get as long as it's OEM?
 VR6 > 330D Touring > D3 HSE > !?XC90?!
