One question: did he give the info to the local authority? Said flytipper can and should be prosecuted.
One observation. If he just dumped them and left them on the man's front garden and the road, then I think he's also guilty of flytipping. I wouldn't be surprised to see the flytipper getting him charged... Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

he tracked the down from CCTV footage, contacted him and gave him 3 days to remove them. sounds more than fair to me.
