Cost of raptor coating tree sliders?

So I have been quoted £350 for the sandblasting and raptor coating of my tree sliders and rear ladder; is that reasonable? Sounds expensive to me, but I have nothing to base this on.

Any thoughts welcome.

Many thanks.

Simon

Had mine done for £200 all in, blasting was £50, Primer & Raptor £150. You can apply the Raptor yourself if wanting to keep costs down

I hope so, I'm going to try in a few weeks. Shocked Shocked Rolling with laughter

It looks easy enough in theory if you've got an air compressor to run a schultz gun.

Not cheap but I doubt you would use all of it

That's the kit I got, but a bit cheaper.

I also doubt that I'll use it all doing a set of sliders and compressor guard, so might be able to re-sell the leftovers if anyone wants them.

You could get them dipped and galvanised which gets inside the tubes as well. The extra investment will make them last much longer. Applying the Raptor is very easy, it's very forgiving technique/finish wise. Thumbs Up
