had the replacement D4 almost 2 months now and it's becoming apparent that it's not my thick thumbs hitting wrong bits of the controls.
+ volume often switches to next audio source but I can live with that if that's all that's amiss.
yesterday I pressed the top phone button and instead of doing "last number redial" as it's deffo done previously, it cranked up the volume of the radio.
I've got a warranty so it's not a major issue (costwise) but if it's a 10 minute fix, less aggro to just do it myself..

ignoring the bits about centre console, it's still looking like a lot more than 10 minutes work to get to inspect it ... or is there an easier way ?.
