Refurbished wheels
Had some refurbished wheels delivered. Exactly the same as the standard wheels on my 's' but finished in bonatti grey. Just what I wanted, love them. Ordered some new tyres, perelli scorpion ATR's 255-60-18
Sad I know, but I was a little excited about getting them on. BUT upon fitting the tyres I noticed this......

So now I have a great set of tyres ready to go on some new rims! I thought I was doing the right thing trying to keep the car looking as 'standard' as I could. Now I'm thinking that buying 'refurbed' wheels might not be the best option. I'm reluctant to refurb the wheels that are on at the moment. I was hoping to keep these as a spare set! I think I need to look at buying a brand new set of wheels, any recommendations?

I've tried the used wheel option, it's left a sour taste! I'm sure that I could buy some others and they'd be fine! But this time I think I'm going to buy new.

New will be expensive but if you buy from here people are normally very genuine and will be up front about the condition and any repairs. Worth a tryMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

I have bought wheels and a lot of other stuff from people in this list, paid in beforehand and had them shipped to Sweden. One set was with refurbished D3 HSE rims. On both occasions wheels were as promised and really good people to deal with. I would not hesitate doing it again. I would say mostly (if not only?) really helpful and honest people here!

So look what's been delivered today.......
I thought that keeping with the original wheels was the right thing to do. Unfortunately the refurbished set were no good. So I decided that this was the way to go! I can't wait to get them on the car now!

Okay, I had a look on their website and couldn't find a price or place to order them, despite the 'Buy Online' page!

Give them a call or fire them an email. I just used the enquiry form on the website.
