When you IID newbies first fire up your IIDs and edit your CCF file or reflash an ECU, a word of advice.
Keep your eyes closed until it's finished.
Enjoy your new found superpowers.

First job is a simple BMS reset so if I can do that without letting the air out of the suspension by accident I'll be happy. 2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)
2009 D4 HSE TDV6, Bali blue (first run D4)
2007 RRS TDV8 HSE, some blue

@duckworthparts For international order would the total be Minus 20% UK VAT ?
I understand the international shipping cost and Local Duty's Would of-course be extra.

So read the first bit of the instructions and put the key then the iid tool to get the activation code. It just read the tool but can't see the activation code. Any help

Only to the car you activate it on, or you can get additional licenses. But reading faults isn't VIN dependant.
@ Sean: Re registering an IID, does the device that's connected to the IID have wifi or data connection?

Thanks DSL. Basically I have taken it out of the box. Gone through the web page to register. Tried to get the activation code following the instructions by putting the key in the ignition, turning to one and then putting the tool in. It read that it was LR something then read i think twenty things but no code.
Winding me up

It was a long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away) when I did mine so can't remember how it went. Bung Pat@GAP a PM, he's helpful in the extreme.
