Such a traumatic injury but it didn't stop her stuffing her face before complaining. Agreed, world has gone mad.

Happens all the time ...but not had a claim for it ...I had a chap who sat in a chair and the arm tore his trouser pocket ..he claimed damages Laughing ...also had someone smash their face falling over drunk in their dark bedroom ...they had about £10k Rolling Eyes

Very difficult to avoid liability for anything nowadays Smile

Remember..

This happened in Ireland where the legal system more onerous than most....(i have two close family relatives who are both qualified & involved in law practice in the Ireland).
You have to be careful there as anybody will attempt to use the law against you.....mainly for compensation of some sort.
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

Scum. Sorry, but that's all she is. Her and the legal leeches who encourage this sort of behaviour. Hope one of her customers sues her for a bad haircut and gets compensation for the distress caused.

To make it worse there was an appeal to give a chance the idiotic decision could be rescinded but the daft Censored just chose to increase damage award by another €2k FFS...... Rolling Eyes

I always check where any obscured table legs might be hiding - I call it common sense.

The Judges are so disconnected from reality Whistle

why the **** didnt the judge just tell her to do one? Ok, and send her and the lawyers the bill for the court costs - it would very quickly stop this sort of stupidity
