| Under bonnet fuse box replace? |

Come somebody plz give me a bit of advise on changing the under bonnet fuse box plz, my wipers started goin by themselves and have traced the problem 2 the rubber seal around the engine bay had come off at the corner causing water 2 get in2 my fuse box  tryed drying it out hitch hair dryer etc but still no joy, is there plugs on the underside of the fuse board or is it a cut and join each wire? A bit of insite in2 the job b4 I start would b much appreciated 👍
