Not three batteries, that's the mains power adapter so you can't in it off mains for studio work.

You would need at least one lens - must be full frame compatible even though it's a crop sensor, it's a H crop so 1.3x and the Ef-s and third party equivalents either won't fit or will at best the image circle won't cover the sensor.
The lens needs to be a decent one too - for best results pro spec (with some notable exceptions, mostly prime ) - so Canon "L", Sigma pro (whatever their spec is!)Mark.
