Suspension will lift when cool

I've searched and found a few answers but here's the story , On my way home earlier and came across some road works and hit a massive pot hole. So big that it made my 11month old baby boy start crying.

Went to the shops and came out to have the message normal height only and the yellow car was illuminated, Tried a good few times and it went into off road height but not access mode . Turned the disco off and the compressor was running for a good while.

Just went back out and suspension is raising up and down ok but in access mode. got the message "Suspension will lift when cool" Any ideas without plugging it in as I haven't got a code reader yet. Cheers

Is your 4x4 screen showing anything abnormal with your height sensors?

System has to cool if you have been using a lot of air and the compressor has run for a long time.

Seems as though it may be the N/S/F sensor that's causing the issue doesn't it.

Make sure the level sensor arm is still in place/connected.
In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Would the height sensor make the nsf drop to the floor ? Leaky air bag ? It's fine when it's running

Does the N/S/F rise up when engine is started? if so then must be a leak but if it stays in that position then must be the height sensor either knackered or perhaps just needs recalibrating? Can't see anything obviously wrong with your sensors and linkages in your pics other than them being at different angles because of the different heights.

Yes mate ,It'll raise fine when she's started but plays up when you put her in access mode .Thanks for your help mate .I'll get some soapy water out when it's stopped raining and give the bags a spray.
