| Front fog light led upgrade |
|
Hi all. Has anyone fitted better led bulbs or complete lamps on there d4. Want to make it to go with the headlamps. Thanks

Why do that?
It's illegal to have fog lights on unless it's poor visibility or blinding rain. See DVLA for the correct wording  Stew,
2010 D4 gone but I really loved it
Went back to Merc - C350 AMG

Wow. He doesn't say make them go on with the headlights....he wants to make them match the fairy lights.

+1 on the Osram lights.
Fitted them over a year ago and very pleased with them. Not too tricky to install, instructions very good and I took the power from the spare socket behind the grill. Operates when car wakes up so perfect.  Morris Dancers: Drinkers with A Dance Problem

Just to clarify, the fog lamps still operate from the foglight loom/connections. The extra power is for the electronics that controls the DRL function and the 'cornering' light function you can have on these Morris Dancers: Drinkers with A Dance Problem

+1 on the Osram lights - I fitted them a few months ago and great DRLs. Search the forum for Osram DRL and there are a few threads showing how to fit, which fuse to choose etc. Easy to do. Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE '65 - Projects in planning phase!
