| What tow electrics to buy |
|
Just about to buy my tow electrics for our new 65 reg D4 after searching I'm confused.
Is it worth buying vplat0136 as from what iv read ill throw the plastic bracket away as I don't intend on removing the bumper to fit it are there any other differences between vplat0136 and the older version?

Not as far as I know, just the plastic bracket that's different. I lifted the early 13 pin version out of my 2010 and dropped it straight into my 2016 no problem.

Dunno, but when I fitted mine on my old one, I didn't take the bumper off and just threw away the plastic plate Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

So the only difference between vplat0012 and vplat0136 is the plastic bracket that I don't want to fit?
