I got this today too. Really wanted the "industrial" set as it feels better and has more shallow draws which suits me, but that's another £85 quid. SWMBO will do her nut anyway. Where can I hide them

+1 for the industrial, they are often on offer as a cabinet and top box for £300, I got an extra 10% for ordering on Christmas Day they're a total bargain at 300, especially as they have the lifetime warranty, a mate had one fall over in the back of the van and it got bent, they replaced it no questions asked.2008 TDV8 Sport HSE

Was tempted by the industrial when they last had an offer on but noticed that the cabinet drawers were all shallow - I needed a few deeper ones for all the persuasion tools!2011 D4 SDV6 HSE

Snap-on is just a predatory loan-shark company with a tool division. Their products rarely make sense even at secondhand prices - best left to young impressionable mechanics looking for a shiny badge and some painful debt.

+1 for halfords I sold a a 4k Snapon Box and replaced with two Halfords Professional Sets. Yes different poles with regards to quality but absolutely adequate for my needs and allowed me to buy a LOT more toys with the 3.5k left over

Snap on great tools for serious full time mechanics, cheaper ones are fine for diy work and amateurs, I treat my tools something terrible, i have loads and stopped being young a long time ago cash is king even with snap on man
This might or not be my tool box and unlike a lot of people with large shiny tool boxes this one is crammed full which is annoying at times.
Some of their stuff is overpriced tatt, their chrome adjustable flank drive spanners are just brilliant, the std combination flank drive spanners again brilliant and their MG range of air guns bloody hell doesnt really cover it!
