Paulh43 yes you can reflash ecu's but only on the vehicle it is assigned to. You can fault read on all other supported vehicles I believe, at least on the same model type.

Hi.
I am considering buying one but first I need to know what I will benefit from spending so much money?
From what I know this tool can fault find/bring up any codes that will tell what is wrong with my vehicle and also slow me to clear fault codes which sometimes could actually fix a fault (is this true?).
Can I update my cars software with this?
What else can this tool do without having to spend any money after buying it?

I understand that ALL of the techy site sponsors use the IID. That in itself should tell you all you need to know
