Mine arrived today so thank you very much for a great service.
Now I know this isn't the place to post this but I will be a little cheeky and hope for a quick answer. I was playing around with it today and I set low coolant level warning to on (don't understand why it was set to off) and also reverse follow me lights home to on (which didn't work). After doing so and when it went through the business it ended up resetting my clock and the cd changer (as if battery had been disconnected) so I had to reset my clock again and all my stations.
Just one question; is this normal?
Again thanks for sorting this out.Discovery 3 HSE 2007

Normal. It's just done the equiv of a hard reset at the end of the routine.

Reseting all the radio stations is not normal. Usually you just have to select an existing preset to kill the static.
Clock and window reset are normal though.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Ohhhh my mail man is so slow, nearly 2pm and the post still hasn't arrived, why is it that the more you're waiting for something the slower it is to arrive?

Yes I wouldn't be surprised.
Alas mine may have been caught up in a slow running vehicle!

Another newbie question, I cant get my phone to see the IID? Ive paired it with the car, and put the code in, I've had it on my PC and updated it, everything seems ok, but the app won't connect?
If I go into BlueTooth settings, sometimes its listed as a paired device, but sometimes not?
I did drop a quick line to GAP, and Pat replied very quickly, but he just gave me a generic 'How to do Android BlueTooth' page.
Any clues chaps?Richard

Sorry to hear it didn't work, it usually is the first line of defense...
Turned the reverse follow me lights home off (as it didn't work first time) and after it configured and clock reset none of the station channels lost so all good.
This tool is great. Was so close to buying a £95 tool from eBay but glad I spent the extra.Discovery 3 HSE 2007

Hi guys.
At first I was a little burning inside thinking did I just waste £399 on a tool I may hardly ever use and was telling my self iswas it worth it. But, now that I have it and it's been a few days I realise how valuable this tool is and how much you can do with it. I don't feel like that anymore. In fact it's made me love my car even more and the tool.
This came up as a fault today as well as a suspension fault which I already know about as I know it fills up too slowly and it has to be replaced.
What does this mean?
Also is there something that I can match codes with and it tells me what the possible faults are in lamen terms and a what the fix could be?
Do I know what the issue is with the first code/fault and what should be done.
What does the second one U0132-87 (2B) mean?Discovery 3 HSE 2007
