Gearbox judder

Over the last couple of weeks my D3 2006 auto 131k has developed a judder at about 30mph when setting off then it goes is this the dreaded torque converter? I did a gearbox oil change last year about 10k ago and converted to metal sump.

Will a mega flush cure or is it to late and a new torque converter required ?

Do it sooner rather than later otherwise the bill will rise to 2500-3500 for a full rebuild. Mark.

Turned out to be propshaft centre bearing  D4 rear lights
