Power issues

Hi Robbie
thanks for reply, no there were no lights, it was a judder if i reduced pedal and put it on it would clear after a couple of seconds then be fine it only happens on round about or sharp turns as if a fuel line was getting compressed which I'm sure can't happen

I had a similar issue, it was losing drive when going round corners (the D would disappear from the LCD screen). It was the Gear lever pivot, I've lubricated it & all is ok again. should really get a new linkage.

^ As above likely to be the Gearbox Pivot/Lever on the side of the gearbox. Lubricate or replace.

My loss of power on bends was the steering angle sensor needing calibration, DSC cutting in. First thing it does is cut power before acting on the brakes. I cannot remember if DSC light flashed at same time

With the judder it does sound like the first stage of DSC cutting in. This can be caused by anything that senses or induces a speed/yaw/steering angle mismatch.

Start by checking tyre pressures and ensuring the tyres are matched before looking at other things.

We cannot completely rule-out a gear selector linkage issue just yet and I've even seen similar symptoms with a bad driveshaft, as well as yaw sensors, steering sensors and alike, but start at the tyres.

Thumbs Up

In my experience, the DSC orange light flashes when it cuts in
