Wheels from thurgarton Notts to the southwest.
Hi I bought four wheels and tyres off an eBay seller who said he would deliver them,unfortunately he packed them in his van in the dark and bought a mixture of two styles of wheels I was paying him on delivery for the transport charges,he will not make the journey again or protect the wheels,I know it's unlikely but the wheels are in thurgarton Notts and I am near Axminster Devon,could anyone help me out?

The actual delivery was outside of eBay as I had hoped to use big Dave but he doesn't pick up wheels from eBay sellers as they do not pack them properly,the seller then said he would bring them down as he had business in the area,he does state on the advert pick up only,so a bit stuck.

Did you get what you remotely purchased? No then return to eBay rules. Additionally you have consumer rights, you can return even if you change your mind....remote selling
Did you have delivered what you remotely purchased? Perhaps not so I have to assume you have an exchange of mail again this is common law, it is down to his carelessness not yours.
You need to read sellers terms but most likely you can ask for money back. Put it in Dispute centre. Have to assume you did not pay him delivery D3 2.7 Zermatt silver (not another one)

Hi,thanks for reply,yes I have paid but through my bank account,there is no issue with the seller he will give me an immediate refund,the only problem I have is I want the wheels and I need them picked up hence my predicament.

I am still a bit confused how many wheels and tyres did he leave you the two you wanted, all four or none ?
so are you wanting two or four wheels delivering, or have I just missed the detail
AND
did he confirm he has the other pattern wheel, don't such a daft question as at least two members on here have had different style wheels on each side of our cars, a set I bought on ebay had two of each pattern and the seller Never noticed until I called to collect them, when we looked at the pictures they never showed all four wheels (I got them very cheap as a result and we did a 2 for 2 straight swop to both end up with sets)Transit! 2019

To recap he has several sets of wheels,and in the darkness of his unit managed to pick up one of the style I wanted and three I did not so as he was not making a return visit no point in keeping the one wheel which apparently was not one of the set which I had bought so a bit of a cock up all round,so what I would want is a set of four wheels delivered,as said he will not wrap them so am a bit stuck as I would as really like obtain these.

The guy picked 3 out of 4 wrong wheels? I'm surprised he was able to navigate from Nottingham to Devon No wonder he can't wrap the wheels or put them on a pallet. Think it's best to get your money back?
If you do try and get someone else to collect, perhaps it would be wise to post a picture on here first?
