I'd heard the vignette was meant to cost 4€ but I'm on the Crit Air site and it's trying to charge 29.65€. I haven't got past the add vehicle problem yet but beyond that I need to compress my V5 image to less than 400kb. It currently stands at 652kb after cropping it to it's absolute minimum. I can compress to 13kb for emailing but is this too much? I can do it for a web page but it compresses to 7kb! All seems a bit much to me. Any advice out there and do they need the inside page with all the details I assume and not the red outer page.
