| Adjustable suspension lift rods |

I am new to the forum and have been doing a lot of reading regarding the pros and cons of modifying the suspension lift rods. I am keen to try some adjustable rods as I was only looking to lift it 1 inch because I don't really want to be driving around at off-road height all the time and I don't want to cause any suspension faults if it goes into super extended height. I was wondering if it's even worth bothering with to gain just 1 inch of lift or am I better off just fitting the Llams module. Any advice would be appreciated.
