Help required !! 2008 LR3 front end not raising

Hi fellows, I have recently owned 2008 LR3 HSE , with 99k miles on it, since I bought it the suspension wasn't raising and compressor usually runs for 10-15 seconds then stops and "Normal Height only fault" appears >> according to the previous owner he had just replaced the compressor with a new Hitachi one, when I checked the engine compartment fuse box I found a missing fuse F3E , so I did the following:
- added fuse F3E
- replaced compressor Relay R7
- updated the suspension module software with my iid tool

NOW the current situation is:
- rear suspension raises fine and stays up
- compressor works for around 2 minutes, then stops with the same error, and its temp. comes to 80C - 100C
- front suspension Never raise or lower, even with the "test valve" function in my iid tool
- error code "c1131-92 Air supply" with yellow suspension fault

so I removed front valve block, cleaned and put back together, haven't found leaks in lines around front block, but still no use >> front end NOT RAISING (although there is a gush of air comes from inlet air line to the front valve).

Now I don't know where to go else, would any of our experts here help me?
any suggestions would be appreciated

Are the pipes fitted in the correct positions in the valve block?

if you mean the front valve block, I think yes:

- from the bottom of the valve block: the green line going to left wheel
- on the side of the valve block : 2 black lines: upper one to right wheel and lower one comes from reservoir >> and this lower one has air gush coming when compressor works.

Just an idea, do you think I can diagnose front valve dysfunction by connecting an external compressor to the inlet opening of the valve and open the valve using my iid tool?

if both front wheels dont rise it could be the middle valve block as well not sending enough air to the front maybe.

The middle valve block shares a common gallery to front and rear. It's not that

aaaaaahhh ok. I thought the gallery was just to the passage from the pump to the reservoir.

You could undo the pipe from resevoir to front valve block a little. Spray some soapy water on the connection before doing so, and see if there's pressure by looking out for bubbles.

If there's pressure going into the valve, then it's probably the valve block. Edit: OR electrical! Connection to the valve block might be faulty.

SOLUTION :
For all those searching, I finally got a solution to my situation, it was the compressor, previous owner apparently fixed a used one, so I replaced with a new Dunlop, the vehicle came alive perfectly!
How I diagnosed that:
I jacked the front end in the middle, didn't raise it much, just enough to take the weight of the front end, when the weight load has been relieved from the compressor, the front end did rise, this meant that the front valves and bags are Ok, but the compressor could not provide enough pressure to overcome the heavy weight of the front end.
