fault codes UO 416 and UO 421

hello fellow D3 guys.

it's been a month now since my D3 is parked on the driveway.
a mate of mine dropped by to help out with diagnosis tool and read out these codes but could not reset them.
I recently changed my compresor for a new Dunlop including relay, refurbished all the valve blocks, but the compressor fires up but codes stay and car won't rise a bit.

I think I was stupid once and started the car with one wheel in the air and maybe even lifted on blocks so I guess the computer doesn't understand any more what to do.

well, neither do I

do I need to visit a dealer to get it reset or is there another way??

thanks for all input, bit lost here in France at the countryside

if even no one knows here in England, I fear no one knows here in France either.

it did not seem to be that complicated though.

but, I've been wrong more than once, hahaha.

we ll see. for now I m going to get it towed to a dealer and see what he says.

Sad

What do the codes mean ?

So it hasn't risen since the compressor change?
in which case are the pipes fitted correctly ?

The fault codes that begin with 'u' can generally be ignored as they are usually communication errors. I think you should have code that begin with 'c' I believe.

thanks stu, that really helps.
I only have U faults, two of them.

it all coincided a bit.

the day I wanted to start maintenances, (revise the valve blocks and change the compressor cause of the fact that after two days of not driving, the car was at his blocks caused by small air leaks,) it was very cold and the car would hardly start (mind you, no glow plugs either).

I had a lot of fault messages on dash, hdc fault, transmission fault, special programs off and few lights on as well.

but everything including special programs worked fine, so got on with the business and started dismantling the lot.

after putting everything back together again the fault codes where there to stay.

Sad((

compressor starts but I think only fills the reservoir.
I think no signal goes to the valve blocks cause computer doesn't know what height the wheels are maybe?

Try a hard reset after letting it go to sleep for 2 minutes or so?

And make sure the battery is fully charged / good.

did a hard reset.
slept for a whole night with the two cables connected.
every item carrying any current should have been emptied by that time.

all the time the battery was on the charger, and after replacing still all the same warnings on the dash.

it could ofcourse mean the battery, although the car seller told me it was new (and it looks new) is dead anyway.

I don't know how to test that.

what puzzles me was that before I started this maintenance that very day was the first time I ever got all these alarms, and it was after a deep start, so logically it was maybe related to low tension.
specially cause even though it said transmission fault, special programs off, it all worked perfectly well, cause I tried it to be sure.

did not worrie too much cause I read about low battery problems.
no I think maybe things need to be recallibrated.
