as stated before: check for damp floor, any air bag faults, lower control arms, does it have a rear locking diff?
Oh Just saw this - but yes, engine bulletproof, Transmission was heading towards needing replaced at over 155k - which is why I'm in a D4 now lol

Check all suspension works correctly and all electrics, check floor for damp (sun roof, if fitted, can leak), usual other checks on gear box changing, condition of oils etc
A full and detailed service history is essential - ideally with proof of preventative maintenance - if it hasn't got one, walk away.
