Hi all,
Is there any other way of updating other than going on a long drive or loads of short ones ?
is there any way to keep just the ignition on while updating while ctec charger connected?
TIA
Mike
Not that I’ve found, mine took three days to do as it wasn’t being used much, it happily resumes after every restart, once it was up to 50% it was soon finished.
Still had the ability to use the radio and reversing camera whilst updating.

When I upgraded the maps on my Full Fat it took about 3 days, it just kept restarting from where it had left off when I restarted the car Cheers Ian

if upgrading via usb be careful
On my RRS is nocked out my postcode search and i couldn't reapply the update. I had to wait until the next update was available before i could upgrade and fix the problem.
I think the main problem was the USB stick that was used.
