iPod and Phone not coming through speakers
A few weeks ago my phone handsfree connection stopped working through Bluetooth.
By that I mean it's still paired ok and show when someone is calling but
1. Doesn't play ring tone
2. Can't hear anything through speakers when caller is speaking.
So I've tried a hard reset today and re-paired and it's still the same (interestingly on hard reset it remembered my daughters phone and hadn't cleared that )
Also now noticed USB iPod has stopped working too - its showing its connected and the track that is meant to be playing but again nothing through the speakers.
Is there another reset I can try ... I'll double check I didn't sod anything up with my ccf settings when I was tinkering with the heated seats ... seem to remember there was a "reserved for" setting that mine was different to other models ...

Just one question - do you have the iPod and phone connected at the same time? On my MY14, I can"t have two Apple devices connected at the same time. I have to choose to stream music either from the iPod or my iPhone. Don't know if this could be connected to your problem.D4 MY14 XXV - RLD/IID BT

Cheers Dudley- I've tried them independently - its the fact that the phone is no longer coming through the speakers and nor is the iPod I'll try streaming through bluetooth to see if that works though.
Downloaded and checked ccf and that looks good - might try tonight the infamous Reserverd[sic] for entertainment option 4-2 setting that I have as "Parameter not used." and every other GS i've compared to has "Undefined"

Similar problem here.
My Android phone still pairs with the car. Incoming call details are shown as are the other details like last calls made, received and missed. There is just no audio. The phone settings screen shows a microphone greyed out with a red line through it. Is that significant? All volumes that I can find are at max. Haven't fiddled with the car other than to reset the oil service counter when I changed the oil recently.
Any ideas?D1 300Tdi - gone

Dave,
no luck as yet - can you show me a pick of your microphone greyed out to see if that gives me a clue.
I'm expecting to have a wire loose when I take interior back apart to investigate and all will be well
