Brake pad wera
Hi
At 37000 miles the brake pad wear warning has just come on. Why does it need to bong, if you can't seee the light you shouldn't be driving. Question is will it be the front pads that need changing or do i have to take off each wheel to find the offenders.
Wear on mine was even front to back (the front pads are much bigger than the back ones), so you'll probably have to replace them all.

37,000 miles and you are complaining Bazza M111
D4 11 MY HSE Stornoway
Defender 90 CSW (the one that gets very dirty....)
Lotus Elise (the one that is kept very clean....)
My rear pads were changed after 24,000 and the fronts at 27,000. As the dealers reckoned each set had about 2000 miles left in them, to get 37,000 miles out of a set is bloody good I reckon. Is your D3 a manual Locsuna? Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills

A single journey to work means I cross 86 road humps (yes, I counted ). I'm sure this has something to do with it Disco 5 HSE Lux

but do something & dont leave it for later...
I neglected to do a pad change quickly to one of my disco 2's & wrecked a brake disc...the cost of this & one set of pads was far in excess of doing the pads.BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.

D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
