This has left me wondering how easy it would be, on a 2016MY car, to get a live feed back to the door mounted indicators to get them working again, alongside with the door mirror ones!2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

That would be easy enough to go the other way, but istr that there's only one side indicator allowed on MOT regs?Bodsys Brake Bible
Vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1986 must be fitted with one side repeater indicator on each side. Instead of a separate lamp, the side repeater might be part of the front direction indicator if it includes a wraparound lens.

Comment from a legal authority on LR Series One forum :-Since those days side repeaters of various types, which can be viewed from different angles ( including sometimes the front and the rear) have become accepted. These do not count as being the front or the rear indicator. There is no limit to how many can be fitted.

I rigged up both door and mirror indicators earlier today and trust me it seems odd looking at two Blinkers so close together but well in the realm of being unusual ? And just for the record once you cut the green/white wire from the door loom and add it to connection 12 green wire on the mirrors loom the indicators will not work until you connect the door module? P/s also their is no need to connect the earth just cut and make it safe ,also thanks today for everyone's help in this there were a few problems because I also added memory control and the doors wouldn't lock so I changed the door module to the original and all is well again
