Disco 4 rear bumper / aftermarket parking sensors fit

Hi,

I have the basic D3 and I'm about to fit a D4 bumper with parking sensor holes. I'd like to fit a aftermarket sensor kit (due to the complexity of doing anything else) where the sensors fit these holes.

Is there a kit anyone can recommend which (a) works and (b) where the sensors will fit nicely into the D4 bumper holes?
