Cruise Control - IDS

Good morning to everyone.

I've got cruise control for my D3. I've found also a notebook where I could put on the IDS version 139.

Now, the question, If I'll buy a VCM clone or a VXDIAG NANO, can I be sure I'll be able to activate the function with the dialer software?
