My Brother was repeatedly targeted by local teenagers after he had words about anti social behavior front of his house - they smashed his windscreen etc but the police said they couldn't do anything without evidence even though everyone knew who it was
He fitted a cctv camera and first weekend away the scumbags were filmed and recorded through microphone shouting abuse then ripping it down - copy given to police soon got action and ended the problem
I have Thinkware dual dashcam on time lapse (better than movement detection IMHO) and recommend this and/or cctv - in my experience if its a vendetta they will be back if they think they can get away with it

Sympathies.
A while back, someone broke into the car, nicked some tools that my long dead father had made and egged the car. It upset me, particularly the tools. I identified the person 99.9%, but the Police wernt interested, just had to shrug my shoulders and get on with it. Was tempted to dispense rough justice, but I suspect the Police would have been interested in that one!

Good new on the cctv, the only trouble they aren't vey clear pictures. Your going to have to park in your workshop with the Defender. Mantec sump guard.
Prospeed tree slider/steps.
