You pay Prospeed prices to get Prospeed quality and Prospeed service. There is just no way that should have left Prospeed in that state. Their business model would grind to a halt if that was the norm.
Give them a call and they will sort it, no doubt with an apology.

Looks like the edges have been cleaned up with a die grinder which are difficult to control precisely hence the scalloping.

I have to be honest, I have no idea what has happened to that front guard, but as everyone is rightly identifying, it's not up to standard at all.
I'm very disappointed that it has got past quality control, which is a big priority to us, and to a customer. But most of all I'm flabbergasted at what we've managed to do to make those marks.
Suffice to say, we'll be sorting you a new one on Monday morning and arranging to have that one collected.

Olly and Ben,
Just got home and unpacked the now Raptor'd front guard. Looks can't wait to get it fitted tomorrow... And the rear diff guard which I've not been looking forward to.
