Not the best solution....but that's what's there
I've Araldlte glued mine into the carpet....this stopstgem working free. BREXIT - done properly.

did notice that , after a while of them coming undone , also having to screw them in flat to the matt so the small buckle will turn

put some ptfe round the threads on mine, which so far so good,

good idea ref the glue Thumbs Up

see there are some different clips, assume there for the D4
